Member Supports

Health & Wellness Program

Any BCTF member who contributes to the Salary Indemnity Plan is entitled to request a referral to the Program. The BCTF will assist members who are unable to maintain, or return to, their positions in the School District due to a medical illness or disability (injury) by funding an early intervention rehabilitation program.

Employee and Family Assistance Program

Lifeworks is the Employee & Family Assistance Program available to VTA members.  To access this resource members must log in to the website using their SD22 Microsoft Outlook login.  They provide support and resources for family, heath, life, money, and work.

Living with Balance

A six-week group program for teachers that has been initiated by the BCTF Health and Wellness Program and developed by the Occupational Rehabilitation Group. This program is paid 50% by our employer and 50% by the BCTF and is offered yearly (usually in the Spring).

BCTF Member Portal

MyBCTF is a secure area on the BCTF website for BCTF members only. We refer to it as the “BCTF member portal.” Members can login to the portal and register for BCTF events, update their contact information, view their PSA information, and access content targeted to members.
