September is a beautiful month, filled with excitement. For some of you, it will be your first year welcoming students into your classrooms and I’m sure you might be a bit nervous, enthusiastic, uncertain, hopeful –these feelings don’t ever really go away. Use this excited energy to meet and greet your fellow colleagues and the other employees in your building(s)! We are all here for the same reason: to create a positive environment for all students to be successful.
